Wayne was born in Longview, TX, and graduated from high school at Rivercrest (Bogata, TX) in 1981. Wayne served 9 years in the United States Navy. In 1993, he moved his family to Gilmer where he delivered propane until 2000 and then opened a computer consulting business.
In 2011, he and his wife, Naomi, moved into the Lakewood community. And, in 2013, Wayne became a Board Member and has been a part of what is making Lakewood a better place to live since then.
Donna Christie

Donna has a degree in Accounting and worked at same place for 22 years as Bookkeeper. Her work experience started with her husband (owned and operated) Christie's Collectibles. Their store was in business for 10 years in Longview and moved to Gladewater for 14 years. She retired 4 years ago where she spent most of her time in the garden, canning and cooking. She enjoy time with her husband of 40 years.
Donna has served on several Lakewood HOA committees over the years she has been a community member.
Susie Bingham

Susie attended Kilgore College for a computer degree. She
home schooled two children from elementary to high school. Her work experience includes 20 years as a floral designer and floral shop manager which included bookkeeping, personnel management, customer relationship building, invetory management, and managing the store. After retiring, she joined the board in April of 2024.

James is a resident who was raised in Southeast Texas from childhood and now resides in East Texas. With a full-time career in information technology and relevant industry certifications, James became a board member in 2026 and is dedicated to supporting a well-managed community for all homeowners.
Office Manager
Jo Adam
BIO
Jo has a degree in accounting and worked for 40 years as an accountant. She has lived all over the USA , retiring with her husband of 52 years to his hometown of Longview. She moved to the community in 2015 and began working in the office in 2016, and left in 2019 when we went to a Management Company. She returned as Office Manager in 2021.
